These terms apply to a request for access to a proposed FORWARD COMPUTE data room via this website.

FORWARD COMPUTE is a proposed vehicle. No entity has been formed. Amount and instrument have not been determined.
Submitting a request does not create any right of access, any relationship, or any offer. Access may be refused or delayed without reason.
Requests are only considered from people who confirm they are a sophisticated investor or wholesale client under the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth). That confirmation is an attestation, not a verification by us.
We collect name, email, phone, and the two attestations, solely to consider the request. Data is stored to process the request and may be reviewed by the operator of this site.
