A holding vehicle
Future compute,
bought forward.
The vehicle is intended to accumulate contracted compute capacity bought forward, if available. Any later re-rating is uncertain and may not occur. Intended to be bought forward, held on a balance-sheet, and monetised only if demand outruns supply. That outcome is not assured.
The thesis
Not a model. Not a chip. Not a data-centre brand.
The bet is the spread between today's forward price of compute and tomorrow's spot. If AI training, inference, and scientific workloads keep outrunning supply, locked-in capacity reprices. The entity is a balance-sheet for that scarcity.
The intended economics, if realised, are the spread. Returns are not assured. The spread may be negative. Not an operating company. Not a GPU marketplace.
The book
An entity that buys, holds, and waits.
- 01
Buy forward
Seek to acquire compute capacity in the forward market. Any discount to later spot is uncertain and may not exist. A discount, if one exists, would be the edge. It may not exist.
- 02
Hold the book
The vehicle is a balance-sheet, not an operator. Contracts sit in custody. Tenor, quantity, and counterparty credit are the inventory.
- 03
Monetize scarcity
Resale, lease, or internal use as training, inference, and scientific workloads keep outrunning supply. If they do not, the book marks down. That is the trade.
The spread
The book only works if tomorrow's spot is tighter than today's forward.
There is no software margin in the story. There is no rental marketplace to scale. If supply catches demand — more fabs, more power, more clusters — the discount evaporates and the book marks down. That is the whole trade, and it is not small.
Before a first meeting
What a serious book has to show.
None of this is in the public page, and it should not be faked. It belongs in a data room. Until then, this is the list.
Family office
Custody of the contracts
Who holds the paper, who sits across it, and how capital comes back. Asset or trade.
Data room
Infra
Tenor, collateral, delivery
What is contracted, for how long, against whom, and what happens if the iron is late or obsolete.
Data room
Credit
Mark-to-market and unwind
How the spread is measured, concentration limits, enforceability, and the exit if the book has to be closed.
Data room
Allocator
Entity and governance
Instrument, control, reporting, and what belongs in a data room before a first IC.
Data room
Operator
The iron is real
Named sellers, power, delivery, and who actually holds the capacity. Narrative is not a megawatt.
Data room
All
The condition
Demand for training, inference, and scientific workloads continues to outrun supply. If supply catches, the discount evaporates.

This is a request only. Access is not guaranteed. The data room is not public, and a request does not mean documents will be shown.
A first meeting
We bring
- The thesis and the structure of the book
- How the spread is supposed to be earned
- What a data room will contain once it exists
You will ask
- Counterparties, tenor, and custody
- Instrument, governance, and the unwind
- Proof the capacity is real, not a slide
